Matcha Energy Bites (paleo + whole30)

Whole30 and paleo matcha energy bites - so easy and simple. Clean ingredients and power food: matcha



  1. Combine the almonds, dried apricots, coconut flakes, melted coconut oil, and matcha powder into a food processor
  2. Blend until well-combined. This should only take 30 seconds to one minute
  3. Line a 9×5″ loaf pan with parchment paper, then pour the mixture into the pan
  4. Compress the mixture down with your hands and distribute evenly
  5. Refrigerate at least one hour before cutting in to 2×2″ squares. Keep in the refrigerator
