For best results, partially thaw the chicken wings if using frozen
Place the chicken wings into the bottom of a slow cooker
Combine the almond butter, lime juice, coconut aminos, fish sauce, coconut milk, cumin, and grated ginger (frozen ginger works best to grate). Mix well
Pour the sauce over the chicken wings and cook on low for 4-6 hours
Optional: once the wings are done cooking, place each one on a cooling rack with a baking sheet underneath and broil on high for 5-7 minutes, watching carefully to avoid burning
Top the wings with sauce from the slow cooker and garnish with fresh cilantro
