A healthy, paleo, family-friendly meal in minutes. This Whole30 Instant Pot Teriyaki Pork Loin packs major flavor with simple, no-processed ingredients.

  1. Turn the Instant Pot to the sauté function. Add one heaping tablespoon of coconut oil
  2. Once the oil is hot, sear the pork tenderloin for two minutes per side, turning a total of three times to ensure the entire loin is seared
  3. Add the coconut aminos, pineapple juice, sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, and ground ginger powder
  4. Close the Instant Pot lid and set to manual mode for 8 minutes
  5. Once the timer is up, let the tenderloin sit in the pot for 3-4 minutes (three minutes if the pork tenderloin is roundly 1.2-1.3 pounds, four minutes if the tenderloin is 1.4 pounds or heavier)
  6. Release the pressure and remove the tenderloin. Let it sit for a few minutes in order to bring the internal temperature to 145 degrees
  7. As the tenderloin is resting, combine one tablespoon arrowroot powder and one tablespoon water, mixing well to avoid clumps
  8. Add the arrowroot powder to the liquid in the bottom of the Instant Pot and whisk vigorously until thickened
  9. Serve the tenderloin over cauliflower rice or steamed vegetables and add the sauce to top
