Cut the ribbon, pop the champagne, sound the alarm: I’m live baby! After many years of dreaming, scheming and wondering, I finally started DOING. The inspiration for this blog has been centered in my heart and mind for awhile, and I am proud to say it’s finally come to fruition. Ok, I’m getting all mushy and emotional so I’ll switch the subject and quickly tell you a little about me and what you can expect from Physical Kitchness.
I’m Chrissa. And I’m here because I love to cook, I’m passionate about fitness and I want to motivate and inspire others to live their best, healthiest life. I enjoy geeking out over meal planning, creating healthy recipes (that don’t taste like cardboard) and sharing my go-to workouts. The title “Physical Kitchness” was the brain child of my smarty-pants husband, playing off the physical fitness phrase, but adding some kitchen flare. Clever eh? And it’s so much better than my initial idea, “pleasereadthishealthyblogihopeidon’tsuck.com”.
