Slow Cooker Shrimp Butternut Squash Chowder (paleo + Whole30)

This easy slow cooker shrimp butternut squash chowder is a paleo, Whole30 compliant meal made without fuss. It’s the perfect hearty and healthy crockpot meal!




  1. If using frozen shrimp, thaw completely and peel
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker and turn heat to low
  3. Cook for 2 1/2 – 3 hours, until butternut squash is soft
  4. Serve and garnish with more fresh parsley if desired
