Learn how to make a kombucha margarita, blended mango, and classic skinny margarita at home with simple ingredients!
MARGS.
Magical margs. They just make summer so.much.better.
Margaritas are like my ‘go-to’ cocktail whenever I feel a little overwhelmed with choices.
Mojitos, long islands, tim collins oh my….
Then there’s moscow mules, pina coladas, martinis, and vodka tonics.
Just so many options, it’s hard to not feel a little dizzy with selection (both before and after boozing).
That’s why margaritas are always my safe choice. Ya know you’re gonna love it, ya know it’s going to taste hella good, and ya know it just screams ‘reeeeelax and pretend you’re on a vacation’.
Margarita, you are my bff.
But classic margaritas can really pack the calories. On average, an 8-ounce margarita has about 455 calories, while 12-ounce packs 680 calories (source Live Strong). YIKES! Plus some margarita recipes have as much sugar in them as a can of soda.
Which means that summer marg you love may sneak up to bite ya later.
But don’t cry in your empty salt-rimmed cup just yet. Alas, there are lighter options and I got ‘em for you right here. Try any one of these skinny margaritas 3 ways and enjoy your cocktails all summer (or all year) long!
Slash the calories and slash the sugar. Enjoy my friends!

This is an answer to prayer! For some reason, margharitas have been calling my name, but I’ve been saying “no” to buying the ones available at a restaurant. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
