Paleo Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Blondies

These gluten free paleo chocolate chip pumpkin blondies are a healthier alternative to traditional pumpkin baked goods. Refined sugar free and delicious!



  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt
  3. In a seperate bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and eggs
  4. Add the wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in the chocolate chips
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 baking pan (see notes in post) or 8×8 brownie pan for thicker bars
  6. Cook for 30 minutes, until center is set. Let cool and cut into bars
