Paleo Chocolate Brownie Skillet Cake

This chocolate skillet cake is paleo, and made in under 30 minutes. Dairy free, gluten free, naturally sweetened



  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cocoa powder in a large bowl
  3. Melt the coconut oil and honey (if using raw, solidified honey) in the microwave for a few seconds until it is in liquid form. Let cool slightly
  4. Add the eggs to the dry ingredients and add the honey and coconut oil. Mix until will combined
  5. Mix in the chocolate chips
  6. Pour the batter into a grease 12″ cast iron or oven-safe skillet
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes
  8. Sprinkle additional chocolate chips on the top of the cake as it’s hot
  9. Optional: serve with dollop of coconut cream or ice cream if desired
