Paleo Almond Cocoa Mocha Balls

These paleo almond cocoa mocha balls are a sweet, healthy treat with a nice hint of cocoa and coffee flavor. A great portable snack, on-the-go breakfast, or post-workout fuel!

  1. Pour the cooled coffee into a medium bowl, then add the raw almonds. Let the almonds soak for at least two hours
  2. Drain the almonds and pour them into a food processor. Add the dates, cocoa powder, and instant coffee
  3. Pulse until well combined
  4. Roll into balls roughly 2-3″ in diameter
  5. Store at room temperature or in the refrigerator
