Grilled Chicken with Cucumber Radish Chutney

This easy paleo dinner combines fresh vegetables and grilled chicken for big flavor. A healthy, low carb meal in under 30 minutes.




  1. Preheat grill to 400 degrees (medium-high heat)
  2. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, depending on the thickness
  3. Meanwhile, combine the apple cider vinegar, red wine vinegar, water, garlic, sesame oil, honey, and salt in a small pan and bring to a boil
  4. Once you’ve reached a boil, reduce the heat and let simmer for 5 minutes
  5. Combine the liquid in the pot with the diced cucumbers, radishes, mint, and red onion to make the chutney
  6. Serve over top of the grilled chicken and sprinkle with pepper if desired
