Peanut Butter Maple Drizzle


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine the peanut butter, cocoa powder, honey, coconut milk, and eggs. Beat for 60 seconds, until well combined and mixture is smooth and creamy
  3. Pour brownie batter into an 8×8 brownie pan and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until center is set
  4. To make the drizzle:
  5. Combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut milk and mix well until creamy
  6. To drizzle the glaze on top of the brownies, cut a very small hole off the corner of a plastic sandwich bag and scoop the peanut butter maple glaze into the bag. Move the glaze down to the corner and drizzle on top of the brownies
