Free Whole30 Meal Planning Guide

4 Nov

I have a serious love-affair with checklists, excel, post-its and highlighters. I swear “Type A++ Planner“ will be etched on my gravestone when I leave this earth. One of my favorite planning endeavors is meal planning. Are you rolling your eyes? Yeah, most people do when I tell them that. And I’m alright with it. I realize I’m in the minority here.

Most people would rather not spend precious time planning meals for the entire week. Sometimes even the brightest highlighter or prettiest notepad isn’t enough motivation to decorate your refrigerator with a weekly menu artwork in the busy-every-minute life we live. Are you always pressed for time and find cooking not only time-consuming but stressful?

What about if you had a compete, 7-day meal planning guide. Step-by-step recipes, a coinciding grocery list, and an easy to follow outline giving you simple prep tips for a plan you can actually stick to?

Great news – there is a guide available that gives you ALL the tools you need to succeed, PLUS accounts for leftovers, AND uses same ingredient elements, saving you money and avoiding food waste. Wait wait wait, let me add something even better – every single recipe uses REAL, healthy ingredients. *Mic drop. Are you ready to give it a whirl?

You are so welcome Chelsea! So glad you dowloaded it. I find that many plans don’t include reinvented leftovers or account for all the groceries you buy or don’t give you the tools to prep efficiently. Peeps are busy! I get it! I hope this guide is everything you’ve needed to get a kickstart!

My husband and I experienced the Whole 30 a few years ago from Whole9, and it was an amazing way to notice the difference in how food impacts our health. You put together a great plan for people looking to try a Paleo diet and/or create whole-food way of eating. Keep up the amazing inspiring blog posts!

It IS isn’t it?! After I completed my first Whole30, I was amazed at how I now pay attention to food labels in a way I never used to. Glad you experienced great things with it too Aarika!

This is so cool Chrissa! I’m a dessert blogger so I eat a lot + the Holidays + my parents coming to visit, well let’s just say that I need to start taking care of what I eat (and it would be interesting to come up with a Whole30 approved cupcake recipe!) Thanks for sharing it!! | carmelapop.com

I’m not a dessert blogger and I too eat a lot (especially over the holidays)!! I did my first Whole30 after Christmas to “recharge” and it was awesome. Hope you find some value in this Ana!

Ah, I so need to do whole30 again! It was really a great program, for me it was just hard coming up with quick meals and snacks to make. This meal plan will be such a time saver for anyone wanting to go through it! Maybe I can try it again after the holidays..I’m sure my body will need a good reboot come January, haha! 🙂

YAY you’ve done it?! SUCH a great program! I totally did my first Whole30 after the holidays for that exact reason. This meal plan is definitely what you need for quick meals and easy prep tips. I initially made it for my sister-in-law who works full-time and has 2 small children – so saving time and creating quick and yummy meals with the kid stamp of approval was essential. Thanks Joscelyn!

Wow, what a great resource! I tried the Whole 30 a couple summers ago. I lasted 24 days, HA! Couldn’t stick the last 6. I really want to try again. The hardest part for me was really being prepared all of the time.
