Now I know that heading to the gym first thing in the morning or after work in the cold darkness is your favorite thing, and I know that searching to find an empty locker, forgetting your sports bra at home, wandering aimlessly while deciding what to do, waiting for a machine, and paying hundreds of dollars for membership fees all sounds SOOOO enticing, but I am sure I can sway you to try an easier way.
How about this scenario – working out in your own living room/bedroom/basement, on your own time (first thing in the morning/during the kids’ naptime/after work), wearing whatever you want (pjs, ratty sweatpants, birthday suit). You don’t have to think, because it’s all done for you. You don’t have to google workout terminology, because there are example photos to follow.
YUP I got it for you. No strings attached either. Cause you know what? Friends don’t do things expecting something in return. I didn’t even get that from a Hallmark card, that quote came straight from my heart. Awwwww <3 I’ll save more mushy talk for Valentines Day or something.

All you’ll need are a pair of hand weights (or a few if you want a variety for certain workouts). Some workouts will use your own body weight, while others will require weights. There are a wide variety of workouts in this 4-week series, varying in intensity levels so if one is too hard or too easy for you, simply sub it out with another one listed. The body busting bench workout will require a sturdy chair and/or bench to use for support.
