Curried Beef Burger with Basil Curry Aioli

This paleo and Whole30 curried beef burger is topped with the most amazing basil curry aioli. Complete with a sweet potato bun. Made on stovetop or the grill!

A paleo and Whole30 compliant burger recipe with big flavor a tangy, Thai-inspired basil aioli. Perfectly seasoned and perfectly juicy.





  1. Preheat grill to medium-high if grilling
  2. Combine the spices and mix with the ground beef. Add the diced onion and garlic
  3. Form the beef into four patties then grill for roughly 4 minutes per side
  4. If cooking on stovetop, turn heat to medium-high and place burgers into pan. Cook for 4 minutes per side
  5. To make the aioli, combine the mayonnaise with the lime juice, fresh basil, coriander, and curry powder. Mix well then serve over the burgers
  6. If serving with sweet potato buns, lightly coat with oil and place on the grill with the burgers, roughly 3-4 minutes per side, or preheat the oven to 400 degrees and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Lightly coat with oil and cook for 15-20 minutes


Increase the curry powder for more of a flavor kick if desired
