These chicken apple pecan breakfast sausages are a lean and healthy breakfast packed with rich pecan flavor, sweet apples, and cinnamon. Paleo, Whole30 compliant, and eggless!

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Combine the ground chicken, pecan butter, diced apple, unsweetened coconut, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well to combine
  3. Scoop out 1/3 cup of the ground chicken and use wet hands to form the mixture into balls, then flatten into patties
  4. Place the patties on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes
  5. Serve warm or let cool and refrigerate for later
