Chocolate Protein Chia Seed Pudding

A high-protein breakfast or post-workout snack with rich chocolate, nut butter, and toppings of choice!




  1. Combine the milk, chia seeds, chocolate protein powder and almond butter. Mix well
  2. Let sit for 5 minutes then mix again to ensure chia seeds don’t settle to the bottom
  3. Serve once all chia seeds have soaked up the milk or refrigerate overnight to serve later
  4. Top with fruit, granola, shredded coconut, or toppings of choice


Chia seed pudding will keep well for up to a week in the refrigerator
