- 3/4 cup almond milk or light coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 small fresh peach (you can sub for frozen, just thaw first)
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
Instructions
- Combine the milk and chia seeds. Mix well
- Let sit for 5 minutes then mix again to ensure chia seeds don’t settle to the bottom
- Once all chia seeds have soaked up the milk or refrigerated overnight, add the diced fresh peach and top with almond butter and serve
