- 3/4 cup almond milk (or sub for light coconut milk)
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 small drop peppermint essential oil or peppermint extract
Instructions
- Combine the milk, chia seeds cocoa powder, pure maple syrup, and peppermint oil or extract. Mix well
- Let sit for 5 minutes then mix again to ensure chia seeds don’t settle to the bottom
- Serve once all chia seeds have soaked up the milk or refrigerate overnight to serve later
