Ingredients
1 pound ground pork
1/2 pound ground beef
2 eggs
1 cup almond flour
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl
Mix to incorporate but do not over-mix (I suggest mixing with hands)
Roll into roughly 2″ balls
Line the meatballs in the bottom of a lightly sprayed air fryer pan – spreading them evenly so they do not touch. You may have to do this in 2-3 batches depending on the size of the air fryer
Set air fryer to 400 degrees and cook for 12 minutes, flipping the meatballs half way through
