This. Is. Awesome. I’ve decided that I won’t be following a strict whole 30 diet for the month of January, but I’m definitely cleaning up my diet a whole lot!! Will still include oats and brown rice, but this is SUPER helpful for meal ideas!! Thanks so much!

You.are.awesome. I’m SO happy this is useful for you Rachel! I’ve done the strict Whole30 thing and I’ve done a modified version as well (CORN! So weird right?! But I love Chipotle’s corn salsa and popcorn). Thank you for checking it out girlfriend!

Hey girlie! Do you recommend buying organic when it comes to your grocery list? (Is organic part of Whole30?) Help!

Hi love! Here is a good guide about organic and Whole30 http://whole30.com/downloads/seasonal-produce.pdf Although those are the recommendations, I totally get you have to do what’s right for your family. Sometimes I don’t buy the organic items recommended because it would double my grocery bill! So do what you can and don’t stress 😉

What a fantastic gift to offer everyone to start the year off on a healthy note! While I don’t follow the strict Whole30 diet, I do love incorporating Whole30 approved recipes into my regular routine. Cutting sugar cravings is always a good thing 🙂 Thanks for offering this!

I tried out Whole30 for 3 days just to understand what it’s about. I have to admit I feel great, but the diet is quite restrictive for a vegetarian. Thanks for the meal ideas. Any tips for a vegetarian?

You are right, it can be SUPER challenging for a vegetarian! Actually my next goal is to do a pan that is more vegetarian-focused, since you aren’t the only one who as asked about that. It may be awhile, but it’s on my ‘to-do’ list!

Wow! Thank you so much for putting this together! I’ve always wanted to do a Whole30, but can’t get my husband on board (he has literally 4% body fat from hyperthyroidism and is worried he’ll blow away). I think it’s a little ridiculous to cook for only me, but he’s underway for the next month! Perfect timing!

I’ve pinned and can’t wait to to get the email!!
