3 ingredient paleo blueberry bliss balls – say that three times fast! These date-free, squeaky clean paleo snacks might be harder to actually say than to make. A quick, healthy recipe you can make and eat in 10 minutes (and keeps well all week). It’s the perfect summer sweet treat, without the use of any sweeteners!
Ok I have a confession, I was going to offer this recipe as an exclusive ONLY to my email subscribers, because I love my loyal readers (like a ton). And although I did send an email earlier this month with a few exclusive no-bake paleo treats as a ‘thank you for actually caring about what I do’, I just couldn’t put this one on the list. It was TOO GOOD not to share with the masses.

Not only did I want to share these with everyone, but I also love balls. So there’s that…
It never ceases to make me grin a little – making new recipes for balls, then sharing my love of balls, then wondering if anyone else finds the potty humor as funny as I do.
Just be immature with me for like 2 seconds. It’s ok – this is a safe space.
Ok but time to get focused and be all ‘professional’ again. Even though professional and 3 ingredient paleo blueberry bliss balls don’t really jive. These ball aren’t stuck up and boring, they’re fun, they’re colorful, they’re portable, they’re a-mazing.
I know, I know I say that about most of my balls. #loverofallballs. It’s extremely hard to pick a favorite when it comes to my key lime pie energy balls, almond cocoa mocha balls, and these paleo (baked) carrot cake balls. And now I’ve just added one more to that list. I feel like momma bird trying to choose jut one of her eggs. Impossible. It’s really impossible.
What’s NOT impossible is making a gluten free, paleo, vegan, healthy snack in like ten minutes, with only three ingredients. It’s NUTS how easy these balls are to make. Nuts and balls. I’m on a roll today…
FOCUS Chrissa. Sheesh!
Sorry…
These no bake 3 ingredient paleo blueberry bliss balls are the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth without actually going off the deep end. These uber healthy little balls are full of goodness from three ingredients – fresh blueberries, shredded coconut, and cashew butter. Thazzzz it. Pretty much like the healthiest balls ever, right?! And perfect for your little ones too – that is, if you’re kind enough to share (I’m not, but good on you if you are).
Simply blend all the ingredients in a food processor, roll into cute little balls (or ovals, or diamonds, or triangles if balls make you feel uncomfortable), and chill for a few minutes. These 3 ingredient paleo blueberry bliss balls will keep well for over a week in the fridge, if you make it that long (you won’t).
Time to get your healthy snack on this summer and sinking your teeth in to some balls.

BALLS FOR THE WIN!
3 Ingredient Paleo Blueberry Bliss Balls

- Yield: 10-12 balls 1x
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons cashew butter
- optional: coconut flour (roughly 2 tablespoons)
Instructions
- Combine the fresh blueberries, shredded coconut, and cashew butter in a food processor and blend until well combined
- If the blueberries used are ripe and very juicy, you will likely need to add roughly 2 tablespoons of coconut flour to make the balls moldable
- Scoop out the mixture and roll into balls. The mixture will be slightly wet, yet still able to hold a ball shape
- Refrigerate for at least 5-10 minutes before serving. If desired, roll the balls into more shredded coconut after they’ve chilled a few minutes
- Store in the refrigerator

Wow! Only 3 ingredients for these little balls. Love how the coconut looks like snow!
Doesn’t it?! I need to make a holiday version I think! 😉
Ooh that’s so cool that you only used 3 ingredients. 🙂 They’re so pretty.
Easy is my jam!!! Makes it hard to say no to making these 🙂
I have a ton of frozen blueberries. Would they work if I thawed them first?
Sure! But make sure they are blotted of any excess liquid. You my need to add more coconut flour to ensure they can be moldable since frozen blueberries will likely be more wet than fresh 🙂
Would almond butter work?
★★★★★
Yep! I chose cashew butter because it has a more mild taste, but almond butter will totally work in these too!
I need to try cashew butter!! I’m not a fan of the almond butter, but need to use it.
Love the use of fresh blueberries here! This recipe sounds awesome. Also, BALLS BALLS BALLS. 😀
Ohhhh these are great!!!! Do you think they would work as well with almond butter/wow butter (can’t do cashews?) I’m half marathon training and for a pre/post run pop and energize I feel like these could really help!

Yep totally! They might alter the taste a bit since cashew butter is a little more mild than almond butter but it will work!
Eazy-peazy! Yes! The amount of money I can spend on dates is a real kick in the balls 😉 so it’s SO refreshing to see these made a new way. Bookmarking for latah!
Right on girl!
Can these be frozen? Or how long will they last in the fridge? Can’t wait to try them.
You can definitely freeze them. Mine lasted about a week in the fridge just fine.
I love balls. I think I’m going to have a ball lover party and make all your balls to share with my people. Balls.
You’re speaking my language 😉
What if anything can be used in place of nut butters? 2 of my kids are allergic :/
Hmmm you could try sunflower butter or coconut butter. Although I haven’t tried it.
Is there something I can use instead of coconut? Perhaps almond flour?
That might work!
Hi, I know they are blueberry balls however could you use strawberries as blueberries are out of season atm and I’d rather use fresh. Luvin only 3 ingred.
Yep, strawberries should work too! Keep us posted if you try!
I used freshly picked blueberries but I thought the mixture was a little bland. I added salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and a couple medjool dates and it was better. Wish I had some vanilla powder, too.
★★★
Glad you customized them to your liking! Vanilla protein powder would be a great addition too!
